Firstly bought a 4K action camera from Apeman it had a manufacturing issue with the sensor, doesn't matter I got refunded. To begin with, I was not expecting a top performance, after all, you get what you pay for. Please trust us that if the product has any defect, we will be responsible for this and try our best to help you, you won't lose anything. Above are two possible solutions, you could have contacted our support team to get them, but I feel pitifu to hear that you have already returned the camera. Or take out the SD card to see whether it can be turned on and work normally.

The camera does not have a hard reset function, if your camera is stuck on the "Apeman" page when you turn it on, you can take out the battery, and then plug in the charging cable, connecting the camera with your computer, to see whether it can be turned on.
